When you place a paid sample and a first wholesale or retail-chain lot for Brazil or Argentina, keep the paid sample and the first lot on separate lines: factory price, freight, and the items the quotation leaves you to add up. The same split applies if you are an importer, a distributor, a dealer, a wholesaler or a retail-chain buyer. We quote FOB Ningbo, Incoterms 2020, in USD. A DDP-style total is yours to build from those lines.

China factory stock can be confirmed by model and by order. Factory lead time is about 45 days, excluding transport, as last confirmed on 12 September 2026. South American orders, including Brazil and Argentina, ship from the China factory, as last confirmed on 13 September 2026. Transport is extra. The sample and the first lot both leave the China factory.

Prices under USD 300

Factory lead time is about 45 days, excluding transport. It starts when the agreed advance payment has been received and you have confirmed the configuration, colour and logo. Ordinary colour and logo customisation does not normally add days. The quotation is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Warranty is 12 months from the day you receive the goods. Free spare parts are limited to 1% of the order's product FOB value. The quotation states which parts ship.

Shipping is a separate line. For Brazil or Argentina, the quotation states shipment from the China factory and the loading or handover point. A European warehouse route is for a European stock order.

Papers buyers already recognise

South American shipments are usually prepared in line with European sample practice. Attach CE or EN 17128 sample results as the reference for the configuration you order. If the quotation names X02 Dual, TÜV reports CN26QYGQ 001 and CN26OFN7 001 cover an X02 sample associated with that model family, including 48 V, 500 W and 25 km/h where the report says so. They apply to the submitted sample and do not authorise use of a test mark. If the quotation names N07 RS or N07 GT, N07 corresponds to N07 RS, and GT corresponds to N07 GT. Ask for the file that matches any other model and destination.
