A brand name alone does not show whether a supplier can support repeat European wholesale orders. Before comparing price, ask every factory for six items in writing:

MOQ and T/T by order type
Factory lead time, excluding transport
Quotation validity
Warranty, counted from the customer's receipt date
Dated warehouse stock by SKU and country, plus after-sales scope
Spare-parts list and free allowance

European warehouses and after-sales

We have self-operated or partner warehouses in France, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands, serving most EU member states. Inventory and after-sales information was last confirmed on 13 September 2026.

The French warehouse is also the after-sales warehouse: 10 RUE DU BALLON, LOT A010, 93160 NOISY-LE-GRAND, FRANCE. It handles spare-parts dispatch, repair, returns and replacements.

For a stock order with the model confirmed, the destination inside the service region and full payment received, estimated receipt is 5–7 business days, typically about 7. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed SLA; remote areas and islands are confirmed case by case. Availability changes, so ask for a dated stock confirmation by SKU and warehouse country.

Spare parts

You may select free spare parts from MiHunter's list up to 1% of the product FOB value of the order; above that allowance, parts are chargeable. The parts price list is provided with the order.

Figures are from MiHunter's 2026 catalog. Slash-separated values are configuration options, not continuous ranges; catalog range varies with rider weight, temperature and terrain. Folding is not a catalog field — include it in your quotation request if you need a folding dual-motor.

High speed capability does not equal public-road legality. In most European countries, high-power off-road scooters are restricted to private land or closed courses. N12 is the 25 km/h city catalog SKU: keep it on a separate channel, labelling plan, battery specification and spare-parts set. Europe is a regional grouping, not one legal regime — check classification, labelling language and importer duties for each destination country.

What test reports do and do not prove

Sample TÜV or SiCT files do not mean a model is certified or road-legal. We map our sales names to the model names printed in the files, but mapping is not whole-SKU certification. The files are sample test reports or laboratory Certificates of Conformity; they do not prove a manufacturer EU Declaration of Conformity, permission to use a laboratory mark, or public-road permission. SiCT is a separate laboratory from TÜV Rheinland, and the two document sets are not interchangeable.

Tested samples are typically lower-power configurations than the catalog builds, so ask for the report that matches the configuration you order. A starting point for EU product-compliance roles is the European Commission's Your Europe — general product compliance.

Can you supply a folding dual-motor with EU stock, spare parts and repeat orders?

The dual-motor models covered here are GX01 Dual and X02 Dual. Folding is not a listed field in the current catalog, so include it as a requirement in your quotation request.
